In addition to the basic support that is included with our FreePBX hosting services CyberLynk offers Professional Services to assist our customers with tasks that require a higher level of experience and knowledge when dealing with FreePBX. CyberLynk engineers can quickly perform these tasks to ensure your FreePBX experience is smooth and stress free. Support is provided Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM CST excluding certain holiday on a best effort response basis. We require direct SSH access to deliver service on all support requests.
