Dedicated servers are provisioned within 24 hours of your signup passing our automated fraud screening and the invoice being paid. Our provisioning team will email you the hosting instructions once your server is online.

Simple PBX Backup Options

FreePBX has a backup module built into the PBX system.

While you can store backups locally on the VPS or Dedicated Server most customers would like to store the backups on another device. Simply select the FTP server option via your FreePBX control panel to use this feature.

Simple Upgrade Process

Need to upgrade the resources on your VPS or Dedicated Server?

No problem simply email billing@cyberlynk.net or log into our client billing portal to order the upgrades related to your existing service.

Need to upgrade from a VPS to a Dedicated Server? First, you need to determine the specs of your FreePBX Dedicated Server and process the order for the server. Once the server is provisioned you can create a backup of your FreePBX system and process a restore on the newly provisioned dedicated server. Then you just need to process a termination request for your VPS. This can be via email billing@cyberlynk.net or our client billing portal.

All of our VPS and dedicated server options are connected to premium low latency bandwidth. All of our VPS servers are connected to 1Gbps ports and Dedicated Servers are connected via 100Mbps ports. For both VPS hosting plans and dedicated servers, you are able to access traffic graphs.
